Realme Postpones All Smartphone Launches Including Narzo 10

Narzo Series Launch Postponed: After announcing nationwide lockdown by PM Modi amid an outbreak of coronavirus, the Chinese smartphone maker Realme postpones all smartphone launches including Narzo 10.

Realme was advertising the Narzo series smartphones for a long time. On the 26th of March, there two phones of the Narzo series; Narzo 10 and Narzo 10A were going to launch in India.

Realme India SEO Madhav Seth says in a tweet that, “With respect to the announcement made by our Honourable Prime Minister yesterday, we have decided to suspend all upcoming launches including the Realme Narzo series. Time for us to focus on our family & ourselves. Stay at home, stay safe & cooperate with local authorities.”

A day before announcing the cancellation of launch, the company was saying that the launch event is pre-recorded and would be streamed live on Thursday at 12:30 PM. The company later canceled the launch event as well.

The smartphone maker shut down all facilities running under Make In India initiative till the next notification from the Indian Government regarding lockdown. Realme asks its employees to work from home.
